We are open as normal friday 7th April, but if you need a voucher please get one beforehand as our agencies will be closed for the bank holiday. Vouchers can be obtained from Citizens Advice at their drop in sessions open 10-1pm Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at North East Derbyshire Citizen Advice office at Clay Cross bus station. You can ring North East Derbyshire Citizens advice on 0808 250 5702 between 9-2pm or the national Help through Hardship line on 0808 208 2138 9-5pm both Mon-Thursday this week but open on friday’s normally as is the drop in.
