We’ve had a really busy few weeks, that have followed a first 6 months of the year with a 20% increase on the previous year. We are struggling to keep enough food on the shelves to keep offering our services to those who need them. Our shortages list is now longer than the list of food we have a comfortable stock of.
We are short of tinned fruit, tinned tomatoes, pasta sauce, tinned soup, tinned vegetables, tinned fish, tinned meat, instant mash, coffee, long life fruit juice, uht milk, tinned rice pudding.
We are completly out of the following extras that we offer to households: cat food, mens deodorant, mens shower gel, ladies shampoo, laundry products, and adult toothbrushes.
Donations can be left in our basket at Tesco in Clay Cross, or brought to one of our sessions. We can also make arrangements to meet you at one of the churches at a convenient time, please message us to arrange this.
If you are able to organise a collection at work, home or a group you attend then we would really appreciate it. You can download the poster here
